I’m Griffin Lewin, founder of Griffin Lewin Fitness.
I've spent the last 8 years building a successful career as an award-winning and nationally ranked recruiter, hiring over a thousand people for some of the world's largest companies. I bring 10+ years of experience in weight training and nutrition planning-and I owe much of my career success to my dedication to health and fitness.
I’m also an angel investor with an MSc in Applied Cognition & Neuroscience. After retiring my single mom, overcoming financial challenges, and transforming my health, I’ve decided to share my journey and help others regain control over their health.

How much time will the workouts take each week?
I will customize each program to your lifestyle. In general, clients will resistance train with weights 3-4 days a week and do 1-3 days of cardio depending on your preference.
Do I need access to a full gym?
Yes. I believe that the most efficient tools for building muscle are in modern gyms. I can design a bodyweight routine for you if a gym isn't accessible at all but I highly recommend a modern gym with machines and barbells.
I travel a lot—can the program adapt to hotel gyms or no‑equipment days?
We can work through this. Most hotel gyms provide adequate equipment to meet our goals. We can also design around your schedule.
Do you create meal plans or just macro targets?
Both. You’ll get daily macro targets + a plug‑and‑play meal framework with swap lists. Gold members also receive recipe packs and “grab‑and‑go” options for airports or late office nights.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Silver or Gold later?
Definitely. At any time you can apply the unused portion of your current month toward the higher tier and lock in the lower long‑term rate. Just message me to switch.
How quickly can I expect results?
Most busy‑pro clients see measurable strength increases within 4 weeks and visible physique changes in 8–12 weeks—provided nutrition and programming adherence. Physique changes do not happen overnight and can often times take 6-12+ months for very noticeable changes, which is why I recommend a 6 month package once we determine we're a good fit for each other.
Will my data stay private?
Yes. All spreadsheets are stored in a secure, private Google Drive folder. Only you and your coach have access. I never share client data without explicit written permission. Some clients may hold prestigious positions and anonymity promised.
What if I’m not satisfied in the first two weeks?
I offer a 14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee. Complete the onboarding form, log your first two weeks of workouts, and if you’re not convinced we’re the right fit, we refund 100 %.
Can I pause or cancel without fees?
• Starter (month‑to‑month): cancel anytime—billing stops at the end of your current cycle.
• Silver & Gold: you’re committing to 3 or 6 months up‑front for the discount, but you may pause up to 2 weeks/quarter for unavoidable travel or illness.
What’s the response time for questions between check‑ins?
• Starter: replies within 48 h (business days)
• Silver: within 24 h
• Gold:same‑day (often within a few hours)
